Throughout the year, I will have $1,925 worth of annual bills. This is not a 1 time hit, but multiple smaller hits throughout the year. With that in mind, I have chosen to make my Savings Account the account that would account for my annual bills. This will assure that I will always have money for my annual bills when it is time. Since my savings used to be an emergency fund, I have chosen to instead – rely on a credit card for an emergency fund. Obviously, if I had to draw on my credit card, I will pay the card off as quickly as possible. This will be to reduce the interest I will have to pay to cover for the emergency. The monthly contribution to my Savings account will be $165.
