SNAP? is a program that provides food assistance to those in need. I use my SNAP benefits to make sure I have enough food for the month. If I have any setback days, then I would have to compensate for those days. While a small portion of the SNAP benefits since most of it goes to food I need, I do sometimes acquire a 16oz bottle of soda or two. This is not a regular instance, but sometimes worth mentioning. Since I receive enough SNAP benefits to cover my food, I budget $0 in cash for my food purchase. Part of the reason of how this is possible is the fact that I eat one meal on odd days. If I was to eat 3 meals every day, I will definitely have to spend cash, and even more so for my friend to take me to the grocery store every week.
