Assets will include all resources that I have with regards to money. I only have three assets, but will mention each one in a separate page. As mentioned in other places of this site, I am only allowed $2,000 in assets. This limits my security, and reduces the options that I would like to have. While I understand that SSI is a needs based program, they should increase the assets to $5,000 – therefore allowing for better financial security.
