While you could mail money to me, it is not a recommended idea as you would only be able to send a check if you want to protect the money you send. If you send cash, it could get lost in the mail, and never reach the recipient. Unless you were to send a postal money order, money orders are likely a lot of work to deposit since I do not have a local bank branch. Therefore checks are you best option. This will allow me to take a picture of the check within my banking app, and in a few days, it will deposit into my account, and your check will be shredded with a cross cut shredder (cuts in little pieces).
A more efficient way to give me money will be to use my PayPal account. Money deposited into my PayPal account can then be electronically sent to my checking account which is used to pay for my everyday discretionary spending whereas I will likely use my income to pay my bills. For sending money via PayPal, you can go to https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/FrankPilone.
The next option is Zelle. My bank supports Zelle, and while Zelle does not have a good reputation because they are targeted by scammers, when used properly – it is an effective tool for P2P payments or gifts. For Zelle, you can use my telephone number for sending Zelle Payments. I will not disclose the login email address for my bank account.
