My rent includes my apartment residence, electricity, water/sewage, and trash. Rent does not include internet, laundry, telephone, nor television. For internet, I pay Comcast. For laundry, I add funds to the laundry card when I need to do laundry. Telephone is paid for annually, and television is over the air antenna. All of these additional resources are accounted for.
